WHERE DO WE COURIER TO?

Our courier partners can deliver nationwide in South Africa however we do not offer international deliveries.

WHAT WILL THE COURIER COSTS BE?

There will be a fixed courier cost based on your delivery location, irrespective of the number of items you purchase or the size and/or weight of your items.

Regional and Remote Deliveries* R 149.99
For orders of R 899.99 and over Free Delivery

* including farms and rural areas

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

All online orders placed before 12 noon will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon will be dispatched the following day provided that it is a weekday.

KZN Deliveries 1 - 2 business days
Metro and Regional Deliveries 2 - 4 business days
Remote Deliveries 4+ business days

Please note that orders placed after 12 noon on Fridays can only be dispatched on the Monday after the weekend. Please note that deliveries will not take place on the weekends.

DO YOU OFFER EXRESS OR SAME DAY DELIVERY?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer an expediated delivery service at this point in time.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

On dispatch of your order, you will receive a tracking number via email which can be used, via the link provided, to track the movements of your parcel. You will also be notified via email of the movements of your order. These notifications will include the following:

  • When your order has been dispatched
  • When your order is out for delivery
  • When your order has been successfully delivered

CAN I SEND PRODUCTS AS GIFTS TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS TO MY OWN?

You will be able to send your order/gift(s) to any address around the country that you require; whether that is your own address or the address of someone you would like to surprise or spoil. Simply add the delivery details of where you would like the gift delivered when you are at our checkout page.

CAN I SEND GIFTS TO MORE THAN 1 ADDRESS WITH 1 ORDER?

You can only send to 1 address per 1 online order. A separate order would be require to send to another person at another address.

CAN I CHOOSE DELIVERY FOR A SPECIFIC DATE?

Unfortunately, once your order has been processed it will immediately follow the standard dispatch procedure. As our courier service is outsourced, we cannot commit to any specific dates.

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, not. Our Online shop runs out of our Head Office warehouse, so we are not set up for walk-ins or pick-ups.
